Dakota Ridge Dental is Hiring a Front Desk Dental Receptionist Near Littleton, CO

Private family/ cosmetic Dental Practice seeks an energetic front desk receptionist. We are a fun and dynamic group looking to add a positive team member. Our practice strives to create a professional relationship with our patients and staff and we pride ourselves on quality care. We need someone who can communicate with patients and staff. Our philosophy is to work hard and play hard together; our staff is our most valuable asset. We do not work weekends and will provide a competitive compensation package based on experience. Our office needs someone to work full time.

Daily Duties:

· Answer phones

· Schedule appointments

· Check mail

· Understand the practice flow and use of block scheduling

· Fill appointment schedule

· Entering in patient information correctly and with detail

· Obtaining and confirming new patient information and making sure all info is in patient’s chart at time of check-in

· Verifying insurance coverages

· Call and remind patients of appointments and if they need to update paperwork

· Call on overdue patients and overdue treatment plans

· Send out appointment cards and statements

· Transfer records to other offices

· Send referrals

· Check lab cases in and out

· Present treatment plans to patients and help with financial needs

· Collect payment and checkout all patients on the way out

· Check voicemail and return patient calls

· Send thank you cards

· Make patients feel welcome and comfortable when they walk in

· Make sure all new patient paperwork is ready

· Work as a positive team member to provide the highest quality of dental care for our patients

· Honor patient confidentially always abide by laws of HIPAA

· Be courteous and respectful to patients and co workers

· Build professional relationships with patients and staff

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
